Refund policy

We have a 14-day return policy, which means you have 14 days after receiving your item to request a return. 

• For customers in Austin: If approved, your return will be issued as store credit in the form of a digital gift card within 5 business days.

• For customers outside of Austin: Approved returns will be refunded to your original payment method within 5 business days.

If your return is approved, you are welcome to use your own shipping method, or we can provide a label and deduct $10 from your return or exchange.

Returns sent without prior approval will not be accepted.

Damages and issues
Please inspect your order upon receipt and contact us immediately if the item is defective, damaged, or if you receive the wrong item so that we can evaluate the issue and make it right.

Exceptions / non-returnable items
Unfortunately, we cannot accept returns on sale items or gift cards.

Exchanges
The fastest way to ensure you get what you want is to return the item you have, and once the return is accepted, make a separate purchase for the new item.
