How will I know when my order has shipped?

You will receive shipping and tracking information from us as soon as your item has shipped. Your items with either be delivered USPS or UPS.

Can I cancel my order?

If you need to cancel your order, please call the shop right away. Cancellations are not guaranteed. If your order has shipped, you may return or exchange the order by following our returns and exchanges policy found under the Shipping & Returns page.

Green policy:

In an effort to stay as environmentally friendly as possible, here at Addie Rose Austin, we use compostable shipping bags for most items that are ordered online and use as little paper as possible so we can reduce, reuse, recycle!
